In the Windows 7 Professional version the User Account Controls must be turned "off" or "all the way down." In order to do this you will need to first access the Control Panel by clicking on the "Start" button in the lower left hand corner of your desktop screen.
Next, choose User Accounts and Family Safety.
After that, choose User Accounts.
Then select Change User Account Control Settings.
Finally, move the bar for the account settings all the way down to "Never Notify."
After you click okay, you may be asked to verify and then finally restart your computer.
